"This was the first and order I have or will place with JSE. Upon purchasing a Mega upper, I inquired about the tightness of the upper when the barrel extension would fit. The customer service rep said it would be fine. This was completely incorrect. I had to spend extra money on sandpaper and other materials to get my barrel to fit. I ended up speaking to Margie, one of the partial owners, who spent the first 10 minutes of our conversation, telling me I was wrong. When she finally acknowledged their error in providing incorrect information, she tried to talk down about the machinist who did work on the upper for this project. Then she proceeded to talk down about other uppers I might use for this project. Long story short, Margie offered no solution, I purchased a DPMS upper from Brownells that would fit the bill for my project and spent less money, while getting better service. Let this be a learning experience for other prospective customers."
"I was seeking a component of particular characteristics. JSE website had what I wanted, showed it 'in stock', and had a very fair price shown. In fact, the price was so good I thought maybe the part was off-quality crap or a cheap knock-off. But I rolled the dice, and 4 days later the part shows up.
