"i ordered an item from them and after using their wonderful product one time it broke. i asked for a refund and no response. After many messages and phone calls i finally was told to ship the item back at my own expense. After a week i was told i would not get the refund, but i could have the item back. This business has the worst customer service and is not willing to stand behind any of their products. i would never do business with them again nor ever recommend them to anyone."

"I placed an order for an item on this company's website. After I placed the order, they contacted me to tell me that I couldn't have the item for the price claimed on their website. They had to charge me a more expensive price. Despite speaking to them, they refused to charge the price claimed on their site. I eventually told them to go ahead with the order for the more expensive price, but that I wasn't happy with them, as it felt like they pulled a bait and switch. I called them a week later to check on the order status, and I was told that the owner's feelings were hurt from my "bait and switch" comment, and he didn't want to do business with me anymore.

*They* advertised a price, then refused to honor it. And when they were called on it, instead of doing the right thing, they made like they were the victim. Don't do business with this company. They have shown that they have no morals or professionalism. There are many other companies out there, find one who treats their customers honorably and well. Avoid this one like the plague."
