"I ordered a Cartier watch from JTV Watches for over $2000. The watch I received was a fake. Not only was it not authentic, it wasn't even close. I called them immediately to tell them about the problem and returned the watch the same day. I enclosed my written comments that the watch was not as described and was obviously not authentic. The only positive thing I can say is that the customer service was friendly and they did refund my money. However, I was shocked to see that a couple of days after I got my refund, they had the exact watch back on their website. This is a limited edition Cartier watch no longer being made, so I know they can't have gotten a new one. I called customer relations to ask about this watch being re-listed for sale. I mentioned that they had been made aware that it was a fake and that by re-listing it for sale they could be open to huge liability. The person I spoke with said that she had informed others higher up than her of my concerns about the watch. She also said that she refused to make any comment about the issue and suggested that I write to the CEO. It seems quite clear to me that they intend to sell this $50 fake Cartier watch to some fool for $2500! Don't be a sucker. Stay away from this dishonest company. "
