"I ordered an air conditioner from this company and paid almost $100 for 2 day shipping - it took five days to get here, AND it arrived damaged. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I emailed the company several times inquiring about it, and got no response. There is no phone number to call. It was so badly dented that the warranty would've been null and void, so we called UPS to return it. I emailed JWC to inform them of this, and then I finally got a response. It was a very rude email and they pretty much said they weren't giving me my money back because it wasn't their fault that the shipper damaged the package. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and just got a letter from them today stating JWC claims they never received the AC back. I called UPS and they sent me confirmation that it WAS received by JWC. I will send that along to my credit card company and see what happens now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! The prices are lower than anywhere I've seen, but it is certainly not worth the risk of this aggravation, and possibly paying for something you can't use. I will never again order from a company that offers no phone number - these people only allow contact with them if they want it. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!! "

"I never received the product. JWC stated UPS tried to deliver but was unable. I never received a UPS notification for attempted delivery. JWC states they will re-deliver but they never have. They are no longer returning my emails, and there is no phone number to contact them. I had to report the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card company. It could be a coincidence, but now I have other fraudulent transactions showing up on my credit card statement for Apple Itunes... and I don't have any apple products, nor have I made any other recent purchases on my credit card!!! This company is bad news!!!! Stay away!!!!!"
"I am very worried about the order I placed on June 27th. It's been over a week (of course my credit card was charged in full). I have sent multiple emails to the address on the website, as well as the comment section, and have received no response. Both items (a bar refrigerator and wine cooler) were "in stock" at the time the order was placed. Both were supposed to arrive in 5 days. Not only have they not arrived, I don't think they have shipped. Each time I long into my account, it says "processing". I'm worried this may be a scam. "

"Buyer Beware!!! I made an order here and realized almost immediately I needed to cancel, it would not fit. I tried to cancel online. You cannot. I decided to call them, but there was no phone number listed. There is just a fax. So I e-mailed to the one e-mail address my cancellation, but no response. I filled their online contact-us to cancel, no response. I faxed a cancellation notice, no response. Three days later, my credit card is charged and I have never received a response. I got sucked in by a good price on a very heavy item that will cost hundreds of dollars to ship and I can't stop or reverse it!!! I've never heard of this before, but apparently stores to exist that are just fronts and all sales appear to be final. Taking this action up with credit card company and better business burea"
