"Fair Warning Watch Who You Trust Just bought a New Daiwa Ballistic LT 2500D-XH from J&H and they sent what looks like a demo reel or possibly a repaired reel in a Tatula Lt Box and with Tatula paperwork! That makes the reel unable to be returned since it did not come in original packaging. according to J&H Return policy... I bought what I thought was a new Reel in good faith and comes in the wrong box no seal? I paid in advance and did my part and J&H failed to send me what I thought I was purchasing. Now they want me to return everything and hope and pray that all goes well for a exchange. If they did as was expected during the sale and send what was expected in the first place this would not be here!"
