"I was more then a little leary of ordering from this company as they had no reviews and their price was significantly lower then a competitor with many reviews. I am happy to say though everything went very smoothly.

I contacted them on on-line chat well after business hours and someone answered immediately. There was an issue with the price of the item (a typo on their part). However J. Mac, unlike many retailers that simply cancel orders based on their typos/mistakes, was willing to work with me to make the sale. All the CSRs were excellent and helpful.

Finally the shipping price couldn't be beat: ~$25 to ship 83lbs cross country. This is definitely a nice welcome from the many on-line shops gouging you on handling ($7 to US mail a SD card, no thanks!) Highly recommended and would do business with them again."
