"I have a good experience overall with purchases. But three items in my last purchase cost $3.99 each. The parts were supposed to be a direct fit for my bike but it was not the correct item. The parts are rubber gaskets and weigh very little to ship. The return policy charges $7.99 for shipping. I would get to return the items but I would only get a monetary return for one of the three purchased. I would like to see another option for returns when the cost to do so would cost very little. "
