"I bought an Antec P280 case from them, the first one arrived damaged, there was a crack in the corner. They processed the RMA no problem, but it took 1 week to get back to them, they then took 2 days to process it, then it took another week to ship me a replacement. The replacement case they sent me was damaged as well, a dent on the top edge of the case. Now I have to RMA again, after already waiting over a month (I ordered this case on 1/12). By the time I get the 2nd replacement case, it'll be almost 2 months! There's no advanced RMA and they don't compensate you for the inconvenience, so I need to wait ridiculously long for anything to be replaced while my computer components just lie around collecting dust.
Update: After posting this review, someone contacted me and set up an advanced RMA, and they shipped out a new case with 2 day shipping! This time it was packed inside of another box with air cushions, so the case was perfectly fine. For me, advanced RMAs really set retailers apart, since it is a great convenience for the customer. I gave them only 4 stars because the CS rep that I originally spoke to on the phone (before I posted this review) told me that advanced RMA was not an option and told me that I needed to send her a picture of the damage before they would do anything. Although, I am thankful that they respond to reviews on this site. JR might take a lesson from this to either ship things faster (2 day) when shipping large products long distances (less chance of breakage because it spends less time at processing facilities) or to at least put another box around the product packaging. Anyway, overall I'm satisfied with how JR handled the situation and would recommend them. I just got unlucky this time around."
