After calling customer service I was informed that the item was a pre-order item and that the company was awaiting shipment from the manufacturer. While I appreciate the attentive customer service, I wish that it had been made clear on the web site that the item was not in stock and that the delivery schedule was uncertain. I am able to track my order now - it is being listed as "processing . . . awaiting shipment" had has been so now for several days. I am a little upset that a $300 item is "lost in the system" so to speak. "
