"So far, it's been 12 days since I put in my order, no email regarding shipping (other than the original email confirming my order). When I call, no answer..one number not working, and the email to support sent back mailer demon failure notice! I hope I just didn't get screwed!"

"Claim that they have a lot of bikes in stock but it took 2 weeks of waiting to receive my bike. I ordered a new bike buy they sent me a refurbished/returned bike!!! I knew it's been used because they forgot to clean the tires. J-Variety.com refused to take it back and refund my money. Horrible company to do business with. Be warned..."

"I would NEVER order from this company again!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! I ordered a bike, basket, and lock for my daughter from J-Variety.
The bike and basket arrived, but not the lock. We were there when she opened the boxes, and NO LOCK. I immediately sent an e-mail, but received no response. I tried to call, got a message machine, and left a message. again, no response. In total, I called 4-5 times, leaving messages, and sent about 3-4 e-mails with no response. A week later, after garbage day, I finally get a real person to answer the phone and explain the problem. Come to find out, to "prove" we didn't get the lock, we must send a picture of the box! Had they answered my phone calls or e-mails, I may have known that BEFORE the garbage man came! They were totally unwilling to help me, and his exact words were, "we are not in business to help you". If you ask me, that is VERY poor customer relations. There are a LOT of companies you can use on line, so don't use J-Variety!
