"I ordered a pair of gloves from this company, nothing big, figured I'd give it a try but after my order I received this email. Seems they are posting their own POSITIVE FEEDBACK regardless of what the customer thinks. Personally, I find that dishonest, that's why I'm giving them 2 stars and that's even before I have received my package. Below is the email they sent. I know some companies are doing this, but wow, to actually put it in writing? lol.

"I emailed after I received the T bar travel bag they sent to tell them it wasn't the correct one. I ordered a bonded leather bag and got a vinyl one. I would never order anything vinyl to use with my bike, but the individual who got back to me told me that was what I ordered. I was told that I could return it, but was refused a prepaid return. I replied and asked for a name and phone number so that I could talk to someone. Again I was told to return it and I would have my card credited. I replied again, asking for a name and phone number, and now I just wanted someone higher up to know they needed to do a better job on customer service. I got an answer that basically said: look I told you what to do, we don't do customer service by phone.
Really?? How did that person know what i wanted to address??
I've read the other reviews on here and see that some people have had great experiences. I'm glad for that. However, as far as I'm concerned, they advertise fraudulently, they don't honor customer concerns, and quite frankly, they seem shady as f*ckj. I plan to post in approximately 17 biker facebook pages to warn my brothers and sisters to stay away from these people."

"Bought a motorcycle suit from them. Decent price. The suit was a tad warm. In the ad it stated there was a ventilation zipper. Try as I might I couldn't find it. So I emailed them (2). Finally, got response. Said product was defective. Factory forgot to put in zipper. Promised $25 refund for defect then reneged, stating falsely to Paypal that I wanted money for return shipping. Got refund by using credit card services. Would not use them again."

I am required to wear a high vis vest when riding my motorcycle on Army installations and this vest is a lot cheaper than the ICON ones everyone seems to wear. "I have been using my suit that I bought last month for a month now. It is pretty decent, at a price tag of $200 it beats anything out there in terms of value. Only issue I had was with sliders, the free pair with suit wasn't as good as the suit itself. Then again it was free so can't complain too much, I will replace it after two to three months."
