"BOUGHT A DISPLAY CITIZEN'S WATCH AND INITIALLY THOUGHT THE WATCH WAS IN DISREPAIR. I CALLED THE SUPPORT SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO PUT THE WATCH INTO INDIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR 24 HOURS. THE LIGHT CAN BE INCANDESCENT IF SUNLIGHT IS NOT AVAILABLE. THIS WAS VERY GOOD ADVICE AND THE MANUAL DOESN'T MENTION YOU NEED TO CHARGE THE WATCH FOR SO LONG. NOW THE WATCH IS WORKING GREAT. THE WATCH IS LIKE BRANDNEW EXCEPT FOR AN ALMOST UNNOTICEABLE LITTLE SCRATCH ON THE BOTTOM CLASP. I SAVED OVER $150 DOLLARS BELOW OTHER DEALERS CARRYING THE SAME MODEL NUMBER. THE PRICE WAS ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BELIEVE. I BELIEVE IT NOW. THE RATING FOR THIS DEALER ARE WELL ABOVE AVERAGE. I WILL BUY FROM JACOBTIME AGAIN WITHOUT HESTITATION. I ASSURE YOU THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW FROM A JACOBTIME CUSTOMER THAT IS VERY PLEASED WITH A RECENT PURCHASE. "
