I called them and they were able to catch the package before shipping and make the adjustment. The price was the best I have seen for this watch new at the time and I still have not seen it beat anywhere by anyone, and I have been looking. The watch was shipped and would have arrived exactly when it was supposed to if UPS hadn't lost it. That's another story and no fault of Jacobtime. "First, I have to say Jacob Time was easy to use and cheaper than any other site. I was super excited to receive my new Citizen watch. When it came though, there was a small scratch on the face....... I was bummed, but even with the scratch it was still an ok deal and not worth the hassle of trying to replace it, so I keep the watch. I am not discouraged from shopping with them again but maybe a little more cautious. "
