"This was my first experience shopping on your website. Your watches are MUCH cheaper than any other websites, but other websites I've looked at do not have "display models". I am a value shopper and hesitantly decided to purchase a watch from Jacobtime. It took 10 days for it to arrive, which seems too long, but I will allow all of the Christmas shipping to be the reason for the delay. The watch arrived yesterday and wasn't running. It's a Eco-drive (runs on light), so I put it under a bright light indoors (not a hot light, though) and soon it started running. I kept it under the light for about 5 or 6 hours last night and it was still running this morning, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. It is a very pretty watch and shows no signs of wear at all except on the back cover, which has one rather noticeable scraped, rough area - I have no idea why, because it is toward the middle of the back - not on the edge where one might have tried to pry the back off. There are numerous small scratches on the back, also, but all areas of the watch that "show" when wearing the watch are shiny and new looking. I am happy with the appearance of the watch, but have not had it long enough to tell if it will be dependable. I did not expect any instructions, and there weren't any - just the watch in a Citizen box as described on the website, but instructions would be nice. Packaging was excellent and secure! A few points off for length of delivery time, but if the watch continues to run, I will be a satisfied customer, because the price was a steal compared to other websites!"
