"I ordered this and it was not in stock. I needed it for my wedding so I called customer service and they were able to let me know an estimated time the watch would come it. It was a bit close to the wedding date but they expedited my shipping for free and it got to me a week before the wedding which was just on time.. I also had my credit card closed due to fraud, so I called customer service with my new number and they were able to change it with out a problem.
