"The watch was perfect and delivered quickly. The customer order process was a little unsatisfactory in that when entering delivery address it said continue at the bottom or submit and not realizing it was completing the form I did not get a chance to request a different delivery address. I called and immediately left a message that evening requesting a call back with the order number and my phone and email- NO RETURN CALL. I called again the next morning, left another message -NO CALL BACK. I called a third time but not expecting a call back had to ask someone to sit at my house to sign for the package at my complex. A call or email back would have been nice. I even replied to the order confirmation and received an immediate response - not. An automated response- referring me to the customer service phone number I had already been calling. This makes me concerned to order again from this site because the lack of customer service follow thru. I still have not received a call back!"
