However, Jacobtime customer service rep said since the watch had been worn, they could not replace it. I had to send it back and wait 6 weeks for repair. Most companies would have replaced it or given a refund within 30 days of purchase."

Jacobtime was "nice" enough to pay for expedite shipment. Bottom line, I bought a watch for someone very special for a special occasion. I didn't get my product for over a month, poor service, good watch, would not recommend."
