Upon contacting, their response was "We have a quality control team who checks each and every watch that is shipped out to make sure the watches are perfect and running as they should be. This watch was as well checked that the watch was working as it should be."
I expect a new watch to hold it's battery for at least a year. For sure it was a used watch. Even if you are selling a used watch at least replaced the battery with a new one so it lasts more than a month. Should have bought it from Amazon.
