"I'm pleased with the watch but not with the customer service I received. I'm providing a timeline of communication below:

9/28: Order placed. Provided with an estimated ship date of 9/29.
10/05: Called during business hours - no answer. Left a message explaining that I hadn't received any updates that the item had shipped and the tracking information provided also indicated that it had not yet shipped.
10/07: Called customer service back and spoke to a representative. The representative told me the item was shipped the morning of 10/7 and the delay was due to the company being closed for several days. No apology or explanation was offered.
10/12: Received the watch.

This makes me a bit nervous about having to deal with Jacob Time for any possible warranty issues in the future and frankly even about the value of a warranty if the company is closing for a week with no warning or explanation. Might be a sign of an unhealthy future."
