"So I was a little worried about buying from Jacobtime because I could not understand how they could sell a watch $300 cheaper than other stores and be authentic. They guaranteed that the watch was 100% authentic and assured me that if I took it to any watch dealer that they would confirm that. I purchased a watch for my girlfriend and it arrived broken. One of the hands was lose inside of the case. I don't know if the watch was checked before it was sent to me or if it was damaged along the way but I was very disappointed. I called Jacobtime and explained what had happened. They sent me a return label the same day and took the watch back no problem. I received another watch a couple of days later and everything seems to be okay now. It could have just been my bad luck but for my first experience with them it was unfortunate. I am not going to say that I will never buy from them again because lets face it, the prices are great. And the watch also came with a 2 year warranty. "
