"A month ago a purchase a Watch from jacobtime which arrived promptly. There were claims online concerning the authenticity of their watches and at first i was a little concerned. Upon receipt of the watch i was please to learn that it was infact authentic.

Circumstances arose ( no fault of the merchant) which required me to return the watch and Jon at JacobTime along with the other staff were willing to assist even with this.

However, I didnt think it was very cool that there was a plastic ring on the clasp that had a tag saying "not returnable if removed." It made it impossible to try the watch on to see if it felt okay.
