One opportunity for the company to improve is on the exchange/return policy. It was a gift and as is sometimes the case, it was not exactly what my son had in mind. No instructions on what steps to take for exchanges or returns was included in the package. I had to go to the website to get the information on the exchange policy which required me to contact the company to initiate the exchange. Unfortunately because the office appeared to be closed on Friday, December 26, I lost 4 days of order/shipping time to get the exchange resolved. Just so we are clear, I am NOT saying your employees don't deserve a holiday. Everyone deserves a break around the holidays when it comes to work (ESPECIALLY in retail!). I would think there could be an easy way for the returns/exchanges process to start without having to contact the company first. Just my 2 cents to make the return process easier on the customer. "
