"do not order at jadedminx. They send you an email, that your stuff got shipped but nothing ever arrives. They do not reply to any email and it needed a credit card dispute and more than 10 weeks to get me money back."
"These people are a fraud! They send me an order in 2011 that I have returned to them. They told me that I will get a full refund since the merchandise was never worn but they never did. Now I have NO merchandise, NO refund and they have my $$.

"I ordered a simple set of spiked, steampunk goggles from this site expecting it to be an easy transaction. It wasn't a very complex order and the goggles are very common. Unfortunately, the process was not as easy as it should have been. I ordered the goggles on 7/19/12, waited for a while then e-mailed them on 7/29/12 to ask why my order still had not been shipped. The replied the next day saying that the item had to be back ordered. I heard nothing more until 8/8/12 where I was informed that my order was finally shipped. It is now 8/23/12 and I still have not received my goggles. "
"My wife recently order me some Steampunk goggles for my birthday. We used paypal and they took our money right away, but here we are more than two weeks later and no goggles. She's called several times and left a message, the number was listed under the paypal vender info. She wrote emails and nothing, so last night we started a claim to get our money back. This morning I get an email saying my item has shipped. What BS! "

"Don't ever order from this webstore. I made an order in april, but 2 out of 3 items were back ordered. So i was patient and waited. when i hadn't heard anything for a month, i emailed them. they took a while to get back to me. i got one of my two items i was waiting for 2 months after my original order. They would tell me that my last item would be in in a few weeks. so i waited. i emailed them 3 times asking about the status of my order...no response. finally, a month later, they responded. i got my last item in the mail at the end of july, but wait. they sent the wrong thing. so here i am in august with the wrong item from my original order in april. now i have to pay to send the wrong item back and se if they will send my original item. it has been the biggest hassle and their customer service is horrible. i used paypal, so i asked for a refund 3 times. still no response."
