"Terrible. I ordered a gift that my nephew wanted to get his mother for Christmas. I E-mailed the company two weeks prior to Christmas to ensure delivery. I was informed that this shouldn't be an issue. The week of Christmas, I send them an E-Mail asking where the product is and they inform me they are cancelling it.
There was no notification of cancellation until I had to reach out to them. Had I of known, we would have been able to find something else for my nephews mother with plenty of time.
"Sara" at Jaf Gifts said there was an "error" with the order and it had to be cancelled. If this was the case, why wasn't it mentioned WEEKS prior? No help or offer to fix the situation, just your typical "sorry".
