"My first purchase months ago went fine since, I did choose the right size for my first helmet purchase. Shipping was fast and packaging good but, shipping costs can be prohibitive if one must return/exchange an item so, customer assistance with sizing when ordering from the internet should be expected (I had to try 4 times). Customer care, is difficult to reach, may not answer the phone, didn't reply to my callback voicemail request for help after I missed their first A.M. call, not particularly friendly when reached (I'll refrain from giving her name, the person may have been having a horrendous day but, paying customers should NEVER sense that.[ see my review title]). When I called the number from which they called me, the recording was of some depressed voice saying "Customer service". Playing phone tag caused me to require 3 days to make a purchase. If Jafrum wants to help a customer, call a second time at a different time of day, instead of leaving it to them to call you again only to have nobody answer your phones. I only gave a "Fair" rating for customer service instead of poor because, other staff may be better, other reviewers seem to have had a better time of it. I took the representatives advice when choosing my size. Whether or not it does work out (Not costing me a return/exchange cost for shipping) will determine if I ever make a 3rd purchase from Jafrum.
