"Love Jafrum. Recently purchased a vest (2nd one), bought size larger than last time and was not happy with the fit.Sent
it back and received a phone call 3 days later. Customer service person (Bella) explained that correct size was out of stock, however they are/were expecting shipment later that day or tomorrow and will get proper size shipped ASAP.
Well I went back to website and purchased a new helmet with no worries knowing if its not right they're going to exchange it NO PROBLEMS.
