"I have been looking for this particular helmet for over a month, found it here and at lower price than others. After recieving a tracking number I thought nothing could go better. Little did I know the helmet I orded would not be in my package. No email or any form of communication has been sent explaining why my helmet that was "in stock" did not get shipped. I have sent and email with no reply. Tried to call two times and was on call waiting for 15 minutes both times, then got sent to a voicemail. I left my name and number on voicemail and have not recieved a return call. If not contacted shortly I will dispute the charges to my card. Jafrum has no problem taking your money for items "in stock" just a problem sending your items."

"Ordered a helmet and separate face shield. The packaged arrived with a completely different helmet and face shield. Called the company immediately for explanation, that's where the problem started, Was told by customer service the helmet ordered is sold out so they sent a "nicer helmet" instead, it just happens to have screaming skulls on it, not something I would even venture to try on...It took over a week to convince customer service that I don't want the helmet, not what I ordered, another week to convince them that the shield is not needed, wont fit any helmet but the "screaming skulls" that I did not order and do not want!!! The company has had the return for a week now and can't refund the money until they test the helmet to ensure it has not been used.... This has been a real Mess and customer service has been horrible to deal with. "
