"The add said the seals was in stock. I paid on line which showed immediately. It took 4 days for them to initiate the order inhouse and 4 days to get the part. I had a customer waiting for their car. If people are really working from home, their performance is not real good. Other resellers were guaranteeing there days delivery from the order and I believed from a dealer it would at the least be the same. If you need a part in a timely manner, try some of the other resellers who are a few dollars more. Time for some management intervening and getting the process at the least competitive. If they had to get the seal from a central warehouse, then the "in stock" needs to be removed from the advertisement. "
