"What was supposed to take one day to get to me took nearly two weeks. I’m in the same state a couple cities away.

I never got a tracking number, confirmation for order or any information regarding my order for that matter. In addition to that every time I called I was immediately directed to a gentleman named Chris he does all the online orders and kept giving false information.

I don’t have any confirmation on my order so I call in to the dealership. At first contact he says “yeah it’s in stock, I’ll have it out to you tomorrow “ Fast forward a week later, I call in and Chris says he just shipped it out the day before. I have no tracking number so have to go based on his word. Supposedly the incorrect address was on the package and he’s corrected it. So I’m instructed to sit tight and it should be at my house the next day because it’s sitting at the post office they’ve corrected the issue because he called in to correct it and will come to my house the next day. I also have the option of intercepting the package at the post office he says. So I go in, the post office and they tell me they never spoke with Chris and sent it back the day before.

I call back and Chris apologizes about the confusion and says as soon as it comes back he’ll make sure to use UPS this time and I’ll get it the next day. I thank him and expect to see it with in the time frame he promises. About four more days pass and it finally gets delivered. The package arrives and its says ground on it.

I find it insulting and misleading that for one, I paid $12 for shipping to have a button delivered to me about two weeks later.... ground, not priority, not next day, no attempt to make up for mistakes or delays. "

"The order was too slow to ship out in comparison to another similar order from a clmpetitor. Need to improve in delivery process and customer notification request.
Will buy again, however, continuos late placement of order to be deliver regardless of delivery method requested by customer could jelpardise future requests.
