"About 1 month ago ordered eye bolts 5/8 by 8" ,never checked price my bad,however was charged $38. For each one when I called to check with jamestown the calltaker said maybe we charged me for a box however she said with out any apology that yes they are $38 ea ,then it took over 2 weeks to get the stuff ;I have been dealing with them for 20+years and a their service has been getting worse ; now after my last encounter I would never order from them again Avoid this place"

"Ridiculous shipping rates-gouging 28.00 to ship three drill bits that would easily fit in a flat rate 7.00 box or envelope. Never again, waited three days to reflect the shipping rate and ding my account"

"I ordered a boat cover a month ago. I still have not recieved the product as to date. Its been 28 days and the customer servise has been less then satisfactory. Several days ago i asked for a tracking number to see where my order is and two seperate people said they would email me and or contact me. I still have not heard back from either one of them. One named kevin and the other was a women. I cant believe the lack of customer service from this company. Its a $290 perchase and horrible experiance. I will never use this company again. I recieved an email asking to rate my experiance with my order. I explained how i had not received my order and was not happy. I never heard anything back from the email either. All in all im about to get my usaa card company to try to get my money refunded because of this whole situation."
