"I recently received some of the best customer service I've ever encountered and want to take a moment to share my experience. I had purchased an item (my first order with this company) that turned out to be faulty. I contacted the customer support section and received a reply from Jessie. Jessie immediately offered to send me out a replacement. I received the replacement in a about a week and a half and immediately opened it and tried to use it however I encountered the same problems with the replacement as I did with the original along with additional problems as well. I emailed Jessie the next day and explained the situation. Without hesitation, Jessie offered to provide me with a refund or store credit. I was floored by Jessie's professionalism and customer service talents. Jessie is an incredible asset to the Jamminbutter team. Thanks again Jessie for proving there are good folks out their who care about the customer."

"No way to contact this company. The phone number says the mailbox is full. The website says contact them at ****@**** which just bring you back to the same website. Going to contact my credit card company to get back my money"
