"Improvements could be made in the following areas:
1. Often times we are unable to login to JangoMail
2. speed at witch mail gets sent out. Sometimes it takes 16hrs or more.
3. Building an eblast is cumbersome.
4. Option to delete multiple assets at once.
5. Sending test mail doesn't often work or it takes a long time for the test to come through.

"JangoMail is a fine service. We have used their product for 5 years. We like supporting their business because they are local or our organization and they have good customer service.
One item we would like to see is a better WYSIWYG editor. Our internal editors often have trouble with the software they use. It is clunky and slow.
Another item we would like to see is updated, modern templates. The templates available are old and boring. We'd love to take advantage of modern, cleanly coded templates that offer new ways to display content."

It also offers advanced features that allow us to communicate with external sales reps and dealers by linking to our internal databases. This vastly simplifies routine communication with the field via customized reports. The ability to handle HTML formatted e-mail with onboard templates, or our own HTML is invaluable for creating custom communications to our customers. SMS Groups allow us to send out quick notes to numerous sales reps who may not routinely check e-mail.
Customer service is exemplary and quick to respond, even to intricate problems. Planned outages are announced in advance and happen during low usage periods.
There really are a host of features for the B to B audience to leverage for their routine communications."
