"I found JangoSMTP when looking to use outsourced email for our new company instead of running an internal mail server like I had always done. I needed a tool to IMMEDIATELY relay emails from anything from timeclocks, to card access systems, to UPS systems, to pump alarms and JangoSMTP has been PERFECT for my needs. It has been so fast that I can get a notice on a flagged staff member coming in the back door via the card access system, via hosted exchange to my iPhone before the door slams shut behind them. It has been great to monitor for power outages and overflowing tanks. Setup using our site IP address is perfect as many of the systems don't support advanced SMTP security. I love it."

"I really like this service. I like the possibility to turn on anti-spam features like DKIM/DomainKeys. I also like the API which can notify my application about certain events (like an email address is bounced) - however I did not try it yet, but I will.

Which I don't like is that I also use your SMTP service for sending instant emails to the clients (for example, after sign up or purchase) and the problem is that the email deliver is very slow. In general a few minutes, sometimes 10 minutes. This confuses the client and it would be good if he/she got the message in a few seconds."

"They do what I need them to do by authenticating by IP. I've got old tech that won't do ssl, so nobody else out there will play nice with the alarm messages it sends out."

"Had a credit card issue and Jango sent a notification... except it went to spam folder and Jango withheld sending our emails :o( They did eventually call to ask if there was a problem. The card issue was resolved and emails then were resumed. Jango was able to resend some of the nonsent emails but not all. They did provide a list for us of the emails they were not able to resend and we resent each of them manually."
