"Owner is a Japanese FRAUD.
The owner Isamu Mugiuda "fanvankai at gmail.com" promised to send me a product I purchased for $400 USD, but just kept the money and didn't send the item. He admitted he never sent the item and took pleasure in his sick fraud.
He operates as a complete criminal fraud enterprise. I am pursuing legal action and will get his website removed. Hopefully I can submit a police report to stop this person from harming others.
He uses several email addresses and pseudonyms including "k.fanvankai at gmail.com" and Koji mugiuda, Isamu Mugiuda"

Bought a watch from this website and it hadn't been shipped in 5 days time, Its japan so i wasn't upset, i just simply asked if my order had been shipped because i never got a tracking number. The next day i receive a refund saying sorry for the inconvenience. The only inconvenience is I don't have the watch I ordered. This is how it works. They order your product after you order it from them, so if they cant find the product they just bullsh*t they're way out of your order. DON'T BUY FROM HERE."
"Well I ordered a Citizen VO10-6832T ALTERNA, a domestic japan only watch. It was the cheapest I could find and I googled to look for reviews of the site and I found this posting. So I pulled the trigger, it shipped quick and it was packaged very well. The only problem was it was the wrong color. I received the V010-6831T. I emailed him immediately. No response for about 2 weeks, then I get a email saying he was sorry and if I would accept the watch at a discounted price. I said I no, I would like a refund. No response for another 2 weeks. At this point I open a Paypal dispute. Well after reading that Paypal doesn't really do much as long as a product (any product) was shipped and could be tracked. I email him again , no response. Finally I get a request to send a picture of the watch, which I promptly sent, then no response. It's now been 2 months and nothing.
So let this be a warning, he might send you something and if there is anything wrong with it. Bottom line is you are stuck with it."

"I usually do not order products from companies with few ratings. However, the item I needed (Olympus VF-2 Silver Electronic Viewfinder ) was in short supply. Very positive experience with this Japanese vendor. Excellent packaging and the product was sent via Express Mail! Expect some delay in shipping as the vendor apparently acquires the product from the local Japanese market only after an order is placed.
I encourage others to try this vendor. I also encourage the vendor to register with ResellerRatings (or some other rating site that shows up in Google Product Search) so that others are encouraged to submit positive feedback.

"First time ordering from this site. I ordered an Onkyo Hi-MD deck to be shipped from Japan to the US. Before ordering, I e-mailed the site owner (who also has an e-bay account, with good positive feedback) about shipping and availability. He responded quickly, and gave me all the information I needed. Through several e-mails back and forth, he always responded and was always friendly and totally willing to help.
I ordered the Onkyo Hi-MD deck on December 26th, and it arrived double-boxed and in perfect shape on January 5th. Shipping was quick, and a reasonable price as expected from Japan.
