"I will never order from this company again. I originally placed an order for mobo, cpu, ram, and power supply. I received my initial order on time and in good packaging. However, when I got everything installed system would not POST. I was able to test the memory and knew it wasn't that, but had no way of testing mobo or cpu. I ended up RMA'ing both. Two weeks later I tried 3 e-mails and called multiple times and left messages without getting a return call to find out the status. When I finally got through, they told me they were waiting on the cpu from the vendor. I called back the next week and they told me that the items were shipped and that I would be getting an e-mail with the tracking number. Never got that e-mail. So a few days later, I called to get it. I was then told that they don't show that order as being shipped and that they were still waiting on the cpu. I called back the next week to get the status again and was told that it was shipped. I received a tracking number over the phone this time, but when I logged in to UPS's website, the tracking number didn't exist. I called JT back and they told me the deliverer just might not have scanned it. I called UPS directly and asked them about it and they told me that if the company sent it, the package would have been scanned, as that is how they take keep track of packages. Called JT again and told them about this. They said they would go ahead and ship out another package 3-day select and when I got the other package to just refuse delivery. Well, I got the 3-day package, but never received the other one. This makes the third time I was lied to. When I got this package, there was nothing protecting the mobo and cpu, i.e. styrofoam peanuts. To no surprise the cpu pins were bent and hey, guess what? They sent the wrong motherboard. I had originally ordered an asus a7v266 and got an a7a266, a $30 cheaper motherboard. So I get on the phone with JT again. I tell him I want my money back and I will have shipped the next day. He tells me they can refund my money on the mobo, but can only do exchange for the cpu. I ask him why. He says it's policy. So I ask him it's also they're policy to lie to people, to not return phone calls or e-mails, to take an extended amount of time to fulfill an order, and to send wrong items. After arguing with him, I finally got him to agree to give me money back, which I was told would be 3 days after they received it. I got it shipped the next day, tracked it, waited 3 days, and called them. When I asked to get the status on this new RMA, I was told that the RMA didn't exist. He asked for the tracking number and original order number which I provided. He said it would be processed that night. I waited 3 days like he told me and still nothing posted to my account. I called them back and wasn't very nice. It took me getting upset on the phone for these people to do anything. I finally received the credit on March 26, 2002, more than 2 months from the original purchase date. If you order from these people, make sure you keep all documents to prove every step you take or you will probably end up getting screwed over!"

"excellant service. Fast response on placement of order. Kept well informed as to shipping date and tracking info. Recieved order on date per tracking info. Well packaged. Will do business with company again. i would recommend them yo future customers."
