The next email I received was at 4:02 am PDT the next day stating that my order is REFUNDED. No explanation, no anything other than the email. I have not yet received any refund. I wrote three emails with ZERO response. They do not list a phone number because they absolutely don't care about you or the horrible service they provide. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB today in hopes of getting this resolved. I'll also be filing a fraudulent charge case with my credit card company. I would stay as far away from these folks as you can! "

"Ordered multiple items, came in 4 boxes over the course of a week. No packing slips in half of them. Only 2 tracking numbers provided. 2 items were not what they advertised, one item broken and one item missing.....
No phone number, which should have been the red flag!!! Now I'm still trying to get a refund, but my fault-not theirs??
