Return in original repackaging and they would refund and then I could reorder. Already paid for shipping now I have to pay to ship this back and then pay shipping again in the hope I do not another defective tool"

I reached out to the seller and they reassured me that they were knew and that they must’ve been scuffed by the manufacturer. you can clearly see they are used I don’t know by who nor do I care so now jb tools told me I have to pay out of my pocket to send them back gtfoh .
