"Although I did receive the product I ordered (Dewalt buffer) in a timely manner and their cost was good, the customer service IS TERRIBLE...first all communication is by email only, you can't call them second I had accidentally ordered 2 when ordering through Amazon...ordered on a Sunday afternoon and called Amazon early Mon morning and had them contact JB Tools to cancel second order..got no response for a day and a half, then they sent email saying it had already shipped, sorry...after getting, I contacted to find out about returning, waited another day and was told where to send back AT MY COST..(UPS said seller could have called them and they would have rerouted 2nd order back to them at no cost)..then had to contact again after they recd to get refund, and THEN they withheld another $18 because they shipped it on somewhere else...Amazon did right by me, but DO NOT USE THIS SELLER."
