The photos let me pick just the right set of earrings to co-ordinate with the shape, color and fire of my necklace. I was glad they had a good return policy (even though I will not be using it.) With photos of the exact item there's no need to worry that you might receive an item that doesn't look good, I was glad they were shipped FedEx and had to sign for them; so there was no fear that my unique piece would get lost in the mail. I can't stress enough how key the web site photos were for me ordering and making me feel confident about color, size, materials, look, craftsmanship and quality of the gems. Also since each piece is a unique one of its kind that is already made and just waiting to be shipped it gets to you quickly. I ordered it on a Thursday and had it by Monday morning.
