"I've just been browsing through the orders that I placed with JeGem over the past five years: from 2010 to 2015. Actually, I wasn't aware that there were so many - 99 orders until now! Five years means 60 months - I must have placed one and a half order per month over those five years, hahaha! Well, if this is not proof enough of how much I adore JeGem and everything about it - then I don't know what is :-). I know that I adore everything about JeGem - have been since we first met in March 2010 It was love, at first sight, honestly :-) inj all respects: the items real works of arts, the artisans themselves fine artists with excellent taste and design ideas, creative and meticulously diligent, hardworking background wizards - we never see them, we only enjoy their fantastic pieces of art. The customer service - I could write a BOOK about them: from the very first day on every one of them has been kind, friendly, prepared to help, assist, give advice, , contact the artisans directly on our behalf with numerous clever and less clever questions and requests.... On those few occasion when I asked for help when wanting to return an item or just to send it back for the artisans to replace a stone or to resize a ring ...the angels from the JeGem customer service always paved my way and made all the necessary arrangements, so that everything ALWAYS ran smoothly&painlessly. Although I don't know any of the artisans by name, I value them by their extraordinary work, and, last but not at all least - by those numerous long& lonely hours they spend on the items. The whole JeGem as an organisation is UNIQUE - with truly unique people and unique items. to illustrate a little closer at least one
of my 99 orders, I thought I should maybe simply copy / paste my review with that last item. It was a charming, BEAUTIFUL Sterling Silver Brazilian Amethyst, Peridot, Garnet and Pearl necklace; I received it in February 2015 : The incredible necklace has just arrived and I am literally speechless how BEAUTIFUL it is! This necklace is SOOOOO much more beautiful in person than it is in the picture, and I am SOOOO happy to have acquired it. And were it not for dear Melody, who advised me (AS ALWAYS) and lent me her eyes by having had a look at the item in person, I probably wouldn't have decided for the necklace. THANK YOU, MELODY; your precious opinion has always proven to be the right one for me. ALWAYS!!

"I have purchased quite a few items from JeGem. The craftmanship has been very good to excellent. I have enjoyed the designs and variety. I especially like finding necklace and or pendants with matching earrings. I have also purchased rings I enjoy. The quality of the gemstones and durability of the pieces have been very good. I appreciate that I can afford to buy such stunning pieces. Each piece is packaged well and arrives promptly via insured FedEx. If I am going to be away on delivery day, customer service always delays the shipping date for me. I also appreciate that they will combine multiple orders made on the same day or couple of days which saves shipping costs. I have recommended JeJem to friends who have admired the pieces I wear. "I love my Larimar ring. The blue stone has very nice blue tones to it. The cz stones around it are small but sparkle nicely, the two small blue topaz stones on the side band also sparkle. The ring has some height to it with a bridging of Sterling Silver which sets the ring. I have worn this ring a lot and will continue to do so. Thankyou JeGem."
"I have purchased several items from JeGem. Some I keep and some I return. I have usually have a positive experience. It did take a little longer than ususal for a refund to process at Christmas time, but it did process. They are not out of the country. Their address is in the continental states. "
"I ran across this website on a search engine. went to their online store. They were running a "valentines day sale" so I figured if I ordered something it should get here for valentines day. I spent $91 on a pendant. Nowhere on their site do they say their stuff comes from out of country and I did not find this out until I sent them an email complaining about the late delivery. its now the 25th. its still not here. They tell me if i refuse it IF it shows up they won't refund my money. this store is a fraud. the tracking number they gave me doesn't work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM"
