"Initially, I spent an exorbitant amount of time researching different stores to get my Engagement Ring. After all, you don't buy it everyday. Reviewing in-store was always a painstaking process which took up a lot of time. I then did some additional research online and encountered JeenJewels--an online jewelry vendor.

"This company is extremely shady. They say they're available 24/7 via the phone but their phones went months and months not working. When they finally started kinda working it went straight to voicemail. They never pick up!! Only way to communicate is through email or if you tell them to call you on your email. This company does not follow any of their policies written online. The time period they say they will ship the ring is completely false!! They will take more than a month to do anything!! Rings ordered have been delayed for months and months due to some situation that happened in their building. They do not communicate delay reasons to buyer and expect you to reach out to them to find out. DO NOT BUY their rings!! I WILL NEVER recommend such a pathetic place. We NEVER got our ring, it somehow got lost by their shipping company and NEVER made it to fedex. Their tracking number will say shipping info sent to fedex from a month ago but it will never update that fedex picked up after they "claim" it's shipped. "

"I was so nervous buying such a big ticket item online. wasn't sure. I thought about it like 100 times and when I hit purchase, I was like shivering. Just got my ring two days ago. It is more pretty than any words can describe. Best purchase I have made ever. I love it. Its beautiful. Please save yourself the awful experience we had and do not purchase anything from JeenJewels. My fiance purchased a bridal set from them and proposed to me during a trip of a lifetime. The ring had such sentimental value but after having it for a few days, I started to notice imperfections including a small chip in the main stone. We were told to ship it back for repairs. We sent the rings back (had to pay $20 for shipping) and then were told the replacement stone was not in stock so they SCRAPPED THE RINGS! They said they thought I wouldn't want the same rings back, despite us explaining that we were hesitant to return them in the first place because of the sentimental value. THEY THREW MY RINGS AWAY!!!!!! I am devastated. We were never consulted on how we wanted them to handle the fact that they didn't have the stone in stock. They just "assumed." They should have never told us to ship the rings back in the first place if they did not have the stone in stock.

All of this came after all of the trouble my fiance went through trying to get the rings in time. It took months and months to ship and he he got them just in time to take on our our trip. That trouble alone would have been enough to leave a poor review but now this. Absolutely awful.

Also their website stating they have the "best customer service" is a joke. I would bet that any positive reviews you read are written by the company themselves. JeenJewels is a joke. Do NOT buy from them. "
