"I needed replacement shackles for my 1973 CJ7. The online catalog had Warrior 0" lift shackles for 1955-1975 CJ5 as WAR136 front and WAR141 rear. I ordered them accordingly and the shackles I received were too wide and would not fit my CJ5. I called and requested a refund and pre-paid shipping and the lady told me I would receive a Fedex label and a full refund.

I am happy with that but it would have been better to get the right parts. Now I have to wait for the refund to order the correct parts. "
