"Product, packaging, shipping were excellent. The product had no written instructions on how to attach the locking cable to the cover.
The overall process of covering the Jeep was quite simple but the proper technique for securing the cover to the Jeep body with the included cable and lock was not as clear.
I referred back to the website and with the assistance of color pictures on the website it was easily determined.
We received a fairly good amount of rain and wind all weekend here in Norman Oklahoma and I removed the cover Monday morning and the cover was in perfect condition and the interior of the Jeep was bone dry!! Thanks for selling a perfect product for owners that take pride in protecting our property.

"After receiving shift boot it did not fit right nothing to hold it in on place, and asked for help from two different customer service staff to give me a call because the one I needed was away from his desk, also asked the girl .to ,ask him how do you get the shift knob removed in order to get boot on . So I cut it to fit over knob and stuffed it inside housing, no better than what I had before I started. All I got out of this is a charge on my card. This was for 2001 Jeep Wrangler standard five speed trans."
