"the product i purchased arrived in poor/unusable condition. morris4x4 and the manufacturer both advised that they did not have an "undamaged" product in stock. why would you sale something that you know is damaged without fully disclosing it up front. the manufacturer did offer a minimal discount and morris4x4 would not add any addtional discount. i will now have to spend $ out of my pocket to repair the product to make it useable. i will NEVER purchase anything through morris4x4 again. "

I know it wasn't shipped damage and the shipping company just didn't care for the package. It was still frustrating and being a bigger item I didn't want to deal with having to ship the item back and wait on a replacement."
