The local dealer wanted $200 more with a 2 week lead time. Jeep Parts Overstock had the part in my hand in less than 2 weeks. Installed the control module and problem solved. . . life saver!"

"Website said most orders ship in 2-5 business days. Also states if there is a problem with your order you would be contacted. After 10 business days I called to check on my order. I was told it would be delivered on October 10th. I was told if it came in in the morning it would ship that same day. If it came in the afternoon then it would ship on the 11th. Did not get notification my order shipped until the 19th. Attempted to call on the 18th and no one answered the phone. Really poor customer service. I will never buy from this site again."
