"I was thrilled to find JemJem on line, and also fortunate to find the SAME MODEL lap top, I've had for the past 8 years (which crashed & burned!).

I had gone to the MAC STORE in Spokane WA, and they set me up with their newest version (and already out dated, 3 days later, by a NEWER version!??!) That system with a photo software TOTALLY unusable to me...cost close to $2300. The lap top I just received, saved me close to $1700! NOW, to get info off the expensive lap top, and my old hard drive, into this New reconditioned JemJem....Gem!!!

HOWEVER, whomever orders from them, BE SURE to get their warranty AT THE TIME of ordering the computer...cause it is almost impossible to get a warranty once you pay, and hang up!!! (hint, hint JemJem...I STILL want and need a warranty!!!)"

"This is my 4th purchase at JemJem. The previous three worked out well but this one has been terrible from the start. First of all, despite the shipping label showing as being created on 13th Oct, it didn't actually dispatch until the 16th and arrived eventually on the 19th. This was meant to be Priority Mail shipping from CA to CA, two days max. The delivery address is only 200 miles away!

When the phone did arrive though, instead of it being an iPhone 6 Plus as ordered, an iPhone 6 was actually the one sent. However, it wouldn't even switch on even if it had been acceptable.

The one bright part of this review is that April at JemJem was very efficient in sending out the return label and information. She assured us that the correct phone would be sent out once they had received back this one. We got the phone back to UPS within one hour of receiving it so we have done our best to expedite JemJem's problem. The problem no is that we have to wait for the wrong phone to get back to JemJem before they will send the correct phone out which will take at least another week.

So unless the correct phone arrives in super quick time, I don't see us being the happiest of customers on this occasion. I will probably shop at JemJem again but this experience has definitely made me more cautious for the future."
