"You don’t have a “don’t know “ option u suggested in survey. Had to give a “good” with customer service. ....even though I have never used CS. Ordering is always easy. Most difficult part is the “I am not a robot” step. I hate those pics that I always fail when trying to get to payment screen!!!!! Also, refurbishing can be a scary investment sometimes but jemjem has always given me a great product with great prices."
