I absolutely detest CAPTCHA devices. They are not necessary. The one I had to do before I placed my order took about 10 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. It kept asking me to choose from vague images at times and then adding another image after I cleared one. If the computer wasn't such a good price, I would have skipped. To Jemjem, please discontinue CAPTCHA.

"I've purchased 7 devices from jemjem - 5 iPhones and 2 iPads. Three of the transactions resulted in a less than desirable unit -- so my first pass success rate is 43%. Take your chances.
Three of the phones were flawless, the fourth experienced battery failure after 9 months, and the fifth is in its first week of service. The first iPad was defective (maybe a bad cell phone antenna connection) and was exchanged promptly for an excellent unit.
In the final case an incorrect model of iPad was shipped to me and I returned it for exchange. However, customer support could not seem to understand the simple request to exchange the non-requested model for the ordered model. When jemjem received the returned unit, jemjem was apparently out of stock on the ordered model, so customer support initiated a refund -- without consulting me. Three days after the refund was initiated, the web site shows stock on the ordered item, but customer service must not have had the foresight to read my emails specifying an *exchange only*. And I have not seen the refund in my Paypal after 3 days. FAIL.
The jemjem business model seems to be evolving. I'm not pleased with the current level of customer support, so my future purchases will be made elsewhere."
