"I just bought my second 4s from Jem Jem. My screen cracked on the first one and instead of replacing the screen, I upgraded to 32 gig from my current 8 gig. My only request is that they replace the batteries on refurbished phones. I've only had this one for six months and I have to charge it almost all day. It dies at like 75 percent. But overall I'm very happy with it. I do recommend Jem Jem. Obviously, cause I just placed my second order with them. "
