Awful products! Do not Buy! Scam, scam, scam!

"I purchased an iPhone 5c from JemJem and it lasted less than 1 month. It fell under the warranty plan, so we were able to exchange it for another iPhone 5c. That one lasted just over 1 month. Since it fell outside of the warranty plan (mind you, it was only like a week or 2 if I remember correctly!), the customer service representative told us we couldn't get a replacement or our money back. When we tried to contact the owner of the company (several times), we were completely ignored. How is this company still in business! Terrible products, terrible customer service. I'm not one to write reviews on any products, so this shows you just how awful this company is. I'm telling everyone I know not to buy from JemJem. I used to work in a customer-oriented job for many years, and JemJem is not customer friendly at all."
